I have been working for the public sector for over 15 years, mainly by operating on projects financed from external funds. I built sewage systems, roads, sports facilities, planted trees and flower meadows, and renovated monuments.

While working for local government units, I co-created strategic documents, with a focus on social consultations and sustainable development. As understood nowadays, local governments are also brands, built by creating good conditions for living, leisure and investment.

I consulted and prepared application documentation for entrepreneurs applying for external investment financing, as well as aiming at improving the soft skills of management and employees.

Brand’s success is a combination of a thoughtful strategy, substantive analysis, and effective communications – this is what I believe and put into practice. I hold a PhD in Political Science and work at Brunel University London and for Political Studies Review – one of the Political Studies Association’s flagship journals, published by Sage Publishing.

I’m a communications and visual communications specialist, aiming at increasing the impact of data, initiatives and research. For over 10 years now, I have been designing communications strategies and contents (short articles, marketing content, thematic interviews, podcasts, research analyses, graphic content, publications’ layouts) for local projects, NGOs and international initiatives. I started and coordinated international research and educational projects, such as R/evolutions: Global Trends and Regional Issues and News Literacy.

What gives my experience a unique shape is combining practical skills (including creating graphic content and animations – Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; creating video materials – Adobe PremierePro, After Effects; preparing thematic podcasts: Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition; designing websites and blogs) with years of analytical and research experience (mainly: Adam Mickiewicz University, Brunel University London; cooperation with Stony Brook University).

regularly update my knowledge on innovative digital communications: recently during the Digital Marketing Strategy course at the University of Arts London (March-June 2021). My research interests cover the dynamics of social movements, the process of precarisation of labour, and recently –  the social and political dimensions of brutalist architecture. More

I am a digital marketing manager and a qualified linguist with over 10 years of experience. My master’s degree in Applied Linguistics (University of London, 2010) allowed me to get specialised in different aspects of language, including intercultural communication in business contexts, sociolinguistics and translation.

Combining my linguistic and digital skills, I’ve worked for global corporations such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and InterContinental Hotels Group where I worked with online content and its various aspects, such as strategy, editing, production, localisation and audit.

Currently, I’m running a UX Innovation programme for Unilever brands that includes implementation of web innovations, improving an online consumer experience, increasing site engagement, ensuring SEO, keeping accessibility standards, and finding data-driven marketing opportunities. I also specialise in delivering integrated global campaigns.

Outside of work, I like to look at how fashion and beauty brands communicate and engage with their audience through social media, digital adverts, eCommerce, out-of-home advertising and press, especially those who challenge industry norms.

Why us?

The language of various reports, publications and analyses can be complex and sometimes even hermetic. Therefore, the real challenge is to simplify communications – to capture the message’s essence while maintaining an attractive form.

Did you know that the human brain processes visual content 60,000 times faster?

A structured message and consistent visual content stimulates long-term memory and facilitates learning. Complex contents can be translated into various communications forms (including visual and audio content) to highlight its key elements and reach broader audiences.

In our team, we combine three complementary perspectives necessary for effective communication/management of your project:
